Security, quality and stability are concepts we stand for. These concepts are especially important to us since we work in the healthcare sector, where health data is handled.

To achieve high security, quality and stability, an efficient organisation, clear management and skilled and motivated employees are essential.

We have designed our primary business processes to continuously monitor and improve the quality of our services. In doing so, we use the analysis methodologies listed below:

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) on our primary business processes

  • Customer satisfaction survey

  • Employee satisfaction survey 

  • Early detection of complaints

  • Assessing the performance of our external suppliers

All this is secured in our quality management system which is an important instrument to control, test and continuously improve our organisation, processes and policies. Every year an external auditor tests whether our quality management system is in accordance with the ISO 9001, which means that with the issued certificate we demonstrably comply with this quality standard.
