Consultancy
Implementation of a completely new EHR or a specific mConsole module requires a project-based approach with proper project planning and supervision. Together with you and your colleagues, we make an inventory of the desired work process and requirements, after which we jointly arrive at a plan of approach and project planning.
Our implementations always have a technical side and a setup side. The design side always has a change management dimension. It also involves adapting work processes and ensuring that everyone can work properly with the new software. With our project-based approach, we keep a grip on it all. Implementation
The mConsole EHR is so simple that any employee can actually start using it right away. Nevertheless, it is wise to follow a course to gain full insight into all the possibilities and functionalities.
We work according to the 'train-the-trainer' principle. We train key users of your organisation, who will then instruct the healthcare professionals of your organisation. This has the advantage that every employee works more finely with the mConsole EHR and productivity goes up.
