Data transformation for optimal exchange
Connect24
PHE's and other health information systems must be able to retrieve patient data from EHR to display in their own application. Of course, this requires that this data is made available from the EHR - with the right security and the right format, so that the target system can "read" it.
Connect24 makes this possible. With the FHIR API, you collect and transform patient health data in accordance with the MedMij standard. This can also be used for the purpose of forwarding referral letters from the GP or triggering appointment reminders by SMS.
Due to its flexible mapping, Connect24 works with any EHR.

How does Connect24 work?
Collecting and transforming
Connect24 uses an FHIR REST API for reading as well as writing information.
Data from any source system can be transformed in real time for use in other systems. Connect24 facilitates the translation.
Connect24 also supports two-way traffic - using the API to handle both incoming and outgoing messages.
Optimal data exchange
Creating integrations between subsystems (such as EHR's and PHE's) is even more accessible and convenient with the deployment of Connect24.
By using standards for data exchange in healthcare such as FHIR and MedMij, you can assume that the data exchange is secure and connected to, for example, healthcare information building blocks.
Connect24 can be used as a module in conjunction with any EHR or other type of healthcare system.
